Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of the ACTI mobile application and related services.

Acceptance and eligibility

By creating an account or using ACTI, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use ACTI. You must be at least 13 years old and meet any higher minimum digital-consent age required in your country. If you use ACTI on behalf of another person or organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms for them.

Your account

You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting access to your sign-in provider and activity performed through your account. Notify us if you believe your account has been compromised. You may not impersonate another person, create accounts for abuse, evade limits or interfere with ACTI's operation.

The ACTI service

ACTI uses artificial intelligence to suggest personalised activities based on information you provide. Suggestions, translations, place information and other generated content may be incomplete, outdated or inaccurate. ACTI does not guarantee that a venue exists, is open, is safe or is suitable for you. Check important information independently before acting.

ACTI is not a medical, legal, financial, emergency, navigation or professional-safety service. Use reasonable judgement, follow local laws and instructions, respect private property and do not undertake an activity that appears unsafe or unsuitable. You remain responsible for deciding whether and how to perform an activity.

Premium subscription

ACTI Premium provides the features described in the app at the time of purchase, such as increased activity and replacement limits, an enhanced AI model and eligible web-assisted place discovery. Available features may evolve, but we will not intentionally remove paid access for an already purchased billing period.

Purchases, renewals, cancellation and refunds are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store under the store terms and applicable law. You can manage or cancel the subscription in your store account. Cancellation normally stops future renewal while Premium remains available until the end of the paid period. Deleting ACTI or your ACTI account does not cancel a store subscription.

Photos and other content

You retain ownership of photos and other content you submit. You grant ACTI a limited permission to host, process and display that content solely to operate the features you request. You must have the right to upload the content and must not upload unlawful, harmful, infringing or privacy-violating material. Avoid including sensitive information or images of other people without their permission.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse ACTI, attempt unauthorised access, probe or overload the service, reverse engineer protected parts of the service where prohibited by law, automate requests to evade limits, distribute malware, use generated content for unlawful harm, or violate the rights of others. We may restrict or suspend access reasonably necessary to protect users, ACTI or third parties.

Intellectual property and third-party services

ACTI's software, branding, design and original content are owned by Mykhailo Habor / formeyou or their licensors. These Terms give you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use ACTI for its intended purpose.

ACTI depends on third-party services including Firebase, Google Play, RevenueCat, OpenRouter, AI model providers, Amazon Web Services, OpenStreetMap and public information sources. Their own terms and policies may also apply. We are not responsible for third-party services, venues or content outside our control.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep ACTI available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may be updated, limited or discontinued for security, legal, technical or product reasons. We may update these Terms and will change the date below; material changes will receive additional notice where required by law. Continued use after an effective update means acceptance where permitted by law.

Disclaimer and liability

ACTI is provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties that may legally be disclaimed. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ACTI and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss arising from use of the service, AI suggestions, third-party places or services. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable consumer rights.

Termination and account deletion

You may stop using ACTI or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a serious or repeated breach of these Terms, fraud, security risk, legal requirement or discontinuation of the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including ownership, disclaimers and liability limitations, remain effective.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without limiting mandatory consumer protections or rights available to you under the law of your country. The parties should first try to resolve a dispute by contacting us. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable law may hear unresolved disputes.
