Delete your ACTI
You can permanently delete your ACTI account and associated data at any time.
In the app
Open Settings → Activity details, then tap the red delete icon in the upper-right corner. Confirm your identity and choose Delete forever.

Without access to the app
Email us from the address associated with your ACTI account. Use the subject “ACTI account deletion request”. Never send your password.

Deleted data: profile, interests, entered location, accepted and completed activities, moment photos, suggestion and limit records, and RevenueCat customer data. Limited records may be retained only where required for security, fraud prevention, accounting or legal compliance.
Deleting ACTI does not automatically cancel a Google Play or App Store subscription. Cancel an active subscription in the store separately. We may verify account ownership before processing an email request.
